Tiny Tickets is a company registered in New York. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when you sign up for our pre-launch waitlist at tinytickets.app (the "Site").

When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "Tiny Tickets," we mean Tiny Tickets, the company operating this Site. When it refers to "you," we mean any visitor or person who provides information through the Site.

Information you provide directly

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

We keep your waitlist information for as long as you remain on our waitlist or as needed to provide the service you've signed up for. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove your personal information from our active records within 30 days, though we may retain limited information in backups or to comply with legal obligations.

If we shut down the Tiny Tickets project before launching the product, we will delete all waitlist information within a reasonable period and notify you when we do.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending you marketing communications. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still need to send you transactional messages related to your account or legal notices.

7. Children's privacy

Our Site is intended for adults — specifically, parents, caregivers, and providers of children's activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information to us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at privacy@tinytickets.app and we will delete it.

When we launch our full product, which involves managing information about children participating in activities, we will provide additional privacy protections specifically for children's information in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws.
